Log into your HEPHA account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Gear

Ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags attached; gear must be in clean, unworn condition to qualify for a refund.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
